Okay so not something musical but I picked up a roll-over rotisserie jig to help with the rust repairs and make accessing the shell a lot easier within the confines of the garage.

Thankfully it was only a short drive down the road and managed to get for £100 off the RRP of a new one – I should be able to sell it on once I’m done for a similar amount anyway, so it’s a good investment for now.
